Roles are available in Sydney and Parramatta, bring your workers compensation case management experience, to gain one of these interesting roles.

Your duties will include:

  • Accurately assessing claims, investigation any anomylees
  • Responsible for a corporate or SME portfolio, managing a variety of claims
  • Liaising with treating professionals and doctors as well as employers and claimants
  • Designing return to work plans in conjunction with employers to ensure that return to work is obtained in a sustainable manner
  • Working with internal Injury Management and Technical Specialists to discuss claims and agree the way forward
  • Preparing accurate documentation, letters and reports in relation to claims
  • Managing own case load from lodgement to completion of claim
