About the role:
  • Accurately assessing claims, investigation any enquiries
  • Responsible for managing a variety of claims
  • Liaising with treating professionals and doctors as well as employers and claimants
  • Designing return to work plans in conjunction with employers to ensure that return to work is obtained in a sustainable manner
  • Working with internal Injury Management and Technical Specialists to discuss claims and agree the way forward
  • Preparing accurate documentation, letters and reports in relation to claims
  • Managing own case load from lodgement to completion of claim
About you and your experience:
  • Experience in managing workers compensation, CTP, personal injury claims
  • Taking pride in offering the highest level of customer service to support claimant in their return to work
  • You will enjoy confidently communicating with different stakeholders and negotiating positive outcomes
