Experience in a similar role within workers compensation is essential
The Role:
- Contacting injured workers, employers & stakeholders via telephone to provide updates on claims
- Dealing with telephone and email enquiries in a professional manner
- Overseeing incoming and outgoing mail
- Processing payments and invoices
- Supporting Claims Officers with any administration duties
- Experience in an admin/customer service capacity within Workers Compensation is essential
- Experience in liaising with customers over the phone is essential
- Ability to prioritise your workload
- Available to commit to a 3 month temporary role.
