Workers Compensation Claims Support Officer

Due to an increase in claims a leading Workers Compensation agent are looking for some extra hands to support a team of Case Managers with processing Workers Compensation claims, providing claims updates over the phone and assisting with ad hoc administrative tasks. 

Experience in a similar role within workers compensation is essential 

The Role:

  • Contacting injured workers, employers & stakeholders via telephone to provide updates on claims 
  • Dealing with telephone and email enquiries in a professional manner
  • Overseeing incoming and outgoing mail
  • Processing payments and invoices
  • Supporting Claims Officers with any administration duties
Key Requirements:
  • Experience in an admin/customer service capacity within Workers Compensation is essential
  • Experience in liaising with customers over the phone is essential 
  • Ability to prioritise your workload 
  • Available to commit to a 3 month temporary role.
