The Opportunity;

  • Develop and coach team members, supporting them in their growth
  • Working with the team, agreeing goals and monitoring performance
  • Building strong relationships with clients, ensuring expectations are met
  • Effectively managing workload and workforce planning
  • Manage and monitor results for the team, ensuring strategic and cost effective decisions
  • Proactively manage any issues and provide sound evidence based decisions
  • Ensuring SLAs and service standards are met consistently
  • Oversee audit requirements, ensuring any risks are identified and controls put in to place

Your skills and experience;
  • With up to date technical expertise and up to date in legislation, developments and trends within workers compensation case and injury management practices
  • Strong team manager, with strong interpersonal skills
  • Highly customer centric, able to work with complex, technical issues and provide solutions
  • Enjoy being hands on as well as having the ability to view work strategically
