We are seeking applications from self-driven Brokers who enjoy the sales side of insurance.  This is a varied role that will see you spending the majority of your time out of the office building long-standing relationships with new and existing clients.  You will also have Key Account responsibility for some of the companies largest clients, alongside the Account Director.

The role:
  • Manage and grow an existing portfolio of SME clients 
  • Support Client Director with mid-market / corporate clients
  • Prospecting for new leads and managing through the sales pipeline
  • Attending industry and networking events to build a presence 
  • Identifying cross-sell and up-sell opportunities 
About you:
  • Tier 1 Qualified Broker with minimum 3-5 years experience 
  • Strong technical capabilities across all commercial product lines
  • Enjoys building relationships over the phone and face to face 
  • Prior track record of delivering significant account growth
  • Advanced negotiation and communication skills
