We are looking for a motivated, innovative Team Leader to support, develop and give direction to their growing team. Working closely with the other Team Leaders you will be responsible for coaching and mentoring staff and managing the day to day smooth running of the customer service team.
Managing the overall operational functionality of the team, providing day to day support and delivery to meet key business needs in the Contact Centre area
Develop and implement coaching - performance, career development plans with each team member
Creating a team that meets Service Levels, and provides a market leading customer experience
Act as a point of escalation for managing and resolving customer complaints
Working closely with the other team leaders in the Operations Department to achieve company wide objectives
Proven leadership experience of building strong capable customer service teams is essential
Insurance, Medical or Travel background preferred
Strong communicator who can influence and build relationships
Strong technical ability to recognise opportunities to implement systems and process for improvement
Demonstrated ability to plan, implement and manage change
