A household name in the Life Insurance industry have opened up an opportunity for an experienced Life Insurance Senior Claims Assessor to join their corporate life insurance team.

The Role:
  • Managing a portfolio of income protection & TPD claims
  • Assessing liability/ eligibility of new claims and making decisions 
  • Reviewing medical & financial documents to assess claims 
  • Calculating payments 
  • Liaising with the claimant and key stakeholders 
  • Facilitating sustainable return to work 
  • Managing relationships with key clients
  • Coaching and mentoring the team 
  All we need from you is;
  • A minimum of 2 years as a Life Insurance Senior Assessor 
  • Ability to interpret medical documents
  • Strong commercial acumen 
  • Outstanding relationship management and negotiation skills
  • Excellent time management skills
