This well established superannuation fund is a leader in the industry. Working within this dynamic environment, the hours are between 8am-8pm and your role will consist of taking Inbound Calls, handling customer enquiries and providing great customer service - here is your chance to be a part of it!

We are now looking for a number of Call Centre Consultants on either a full time or part time basis to work in Melbourne CBD. 

Specifically you will need to possess the following attributes to be successful in this role.

The ideal candidate will have:
  • Previous call centre environment experience
  • Exceptional telephone manner
  • Superior Customer Service skills
  • Ability to handle around 70 to 80 Inbound calls per day 
  • Superannuation, insurance or financial services contact centre  experience is highly desirable but not essential
