Are you a Fraud & Investigations expert with experience in General Insurance?
Australia's leading travel insurance company has an exciting opportunity for a Fraud & Investigations Investigator to play a pivotal role within the organisation. You will be responsible for investigating all potentially fraudulent claims, fraud prevention & mitigation, claims portfolio analysis and raising fraud awareness within the Claims team.
Your main duties will include but are not limited to:
Leading the Fraud & Investigations operations
Investigates and solves complex fraudulent claims in a professional, accurate and commercially responsible manner
Process Improvement - enhancing operational procedures in order to improve the customer experience
Point of contact for technically complex fraud claims
Implementing a culture of fraud awareness and prevention across the Claims department
The ideal person will have previous experience as a leader within the Fraud & Investigation department of a General Insurer or potentially a Financial Institution. Ideally, you will have knowledge of travel claims. You will have strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to manage key relationships both internally and externally. You will enjoy developing systems & analysing data.
