The role:
  • Assessing a portfolio of Income Protection/TPD claims from start to finish
  • Supporting claimants to a recover back to health
  • Making eligibility decisions
  • Developing and implementing injury management/RTW strategies
  • Case conferencing with the claimant and other stakeholders
  • Liaising with claimants, employers, treating doctors and specialists, solicitors, etc
To be successful, you will have:
  • At least 12 months of experience within life insurance/personal injury/workers compensation claims
  • A demonstrated ability to develop injury management/RTW strategies
  • The ability to be empathetic towards claimants
  • Strong stakeholder engagement
