Strong client relationships
When you are in the role
You will be running annual tenders and reviews for your clients and so working with a range of insurers to ensure your client is receiving the very best group insurance solutions on an ongoing basis.
You will be the key point of reference between your client and the insurer across all matters including additional underwriting, claims, analysis of the product, new product design recommendations, managing tenders and providing advice to the client.
Delivering on strategic objectives for both your employer and for your clients
Building relationships across a range of parties including Super Funds, Corporate clients, Insurers and internal teams.
Why they will love you
You will have an exceptionally strong technical knowledge of group insurance gained through working within an insurers, a super fund, employee benefits broker or an administrator.
You will have excellent communication skills and the ability to converse with people at different levels and convey complex technical language in simple to understand formats
An ability to provide analysis on group insurance products
Strong negotiation skills will be present in negotiating with insurers to ensure your clients achieve the best possible insurance cover
You will have a passion for group insurance and achieving excellent client outcomes
