We are currently looking for a Business Readiness Analyst for a 12 month contract in Melbourne CBD. This is an opportunity to join a market leading organisation in the midst of significant transformation.

The Business Readiness Analyst will be required to work across the following portfolios:
  • Business Readiness – determine readiness criteria based on business change impacts, facilitate readiness assessment, and report on readiness position to inform business checkpoints and decisions.
  • Defect and Data Quality Impacts – monitor defects and data quality issues through E2E testing and UAT cycle, liaising with testers, change analysts, SMEs and platform teams, to ensure visibility of business impacts and workarounds for defects that will go into Production.
  • Transition – support the tracking of business activities required for successful transition from existing legacy systems, such as inflight transactions, end-user access, etc.
  • Dress Rehearsals and Cutover – support activities during dress rehearsals and release cutover events, requiring work outside typical working hours, such as weekends.
  • Business Support – help stand up the business support model and prepare the support network prior to release.
  • Hypercare – capture incoming issues from business users and report on issues raised during hypercare to the business.
  • Governance – help facilitate business decisions and checkpoints during the business implementation period for program releases.
