Permanent Role - Monday to Friday.
My client is a highly successful boutique accounting / financial planning practice with offices based in the heart of the Brisbane CBD. Currently an exciting and highly rewarding opportunity has arisen for a Client Services Officer / Insurance Administrator to join the team on a permanent basis. The purpose of this role is to provide consistent superior client service and to provide high quality support and assistance to Advisers in administering and delivering client outcomes.
Data enter prospective client details in Client Relationship Management (CRM) database
Print and collate meeting documents for Adviser
Ensure appropriate authorities are prepared to allow full and free access to existing information
Post meeting, obtain information from relevant providers
Update CRM with information from Fact Find and existing providers
Update CRM with implemented policy/account details
Finalise Planner Checklist to ensure strategy completed in a compliant manner
General office duties such as maintaining calender, appointments, attending to emails
Skills & experience:
Proven CSO experience or Insurance administration experience within a financial planning firm (MANDATORY)
Genuine passion and motivations to kick start a career within the financial planning industry
Desire to obtain RG146
High level communication skills (both written and verbal)
Comprehensive internal training is provided to ensure the successful candidate is provided with all the business knowledge required to successfully fulfill the requirements of the role.
