My client is a successful boutique financial planning practice located in Brisbane CBD. An exciting and highly rewarding opportunity has arisen for a Client Services Officer to join the team on a permanent basis. The purpose of this role is to provide high quality client services support and assistance to Advisers in administering and delivering client outcomes.
The role of Client Service Officer will see you as the first point of contact for clients; your focus will be on assisting the team with financial planning administration with a focus on insurance, investments and lending. You will also be providing implementation and administrative support to the advisory team. You must have the ability to work autonomously, have excellent diary management Skills and a genuine desire to build a career within Wealth Management. You will in exchange be mentored by experienced and passionate manager who will provide full training and support.
Manage client service and administrative functions, by prioritising the daily workload and deal with client queries by telephone and face to face
Liaise with clients and implement Advisers directions efficiently and accurately
All areas of general office, administration and implementation support
Develop and document internal office policies and procedures
Ensure client files are complete and compliant with legislation and licensee standards
Provide consultation and support in the preparation of Statement of Advice and Record of Advice documents
Previous experience in a similar role
RG 146 compliant
Insurance administration would be highly regarded
Organised with excellent communication skills
