Due to on going requirements within our clients claims areas, we are looking for candidates with General Insurance backgrounds preferably with the following experience for potential future assignments:
- Property Claims Consultants
- Loss Adjusters
- Motor Claims Consultants
- Liability Claims Consultants
- Claims Administration
- Lodgements
- Settlements & Recoveries
- Temporary role with the opportunity to be made permanent
- Working Holiday Visa holders welcome
- Work in a fun and fast paced environment
- Great rates of pay
- Effectively manage high volumes of inbound claims calls
- Have the ability to manage a portfolio of claims
- Be responsible for providing exceptional customer service
- Be empathetic towards and be understanding of the customer
- Have previous inbound customer service experience - experience with KPIs is essential
- Motor, Property and/or Liability Claims experience
- The availability to start immediately
