The Role: 
  • Managing inbound and outbound calls to existing clients and providing general financial advice. 
  • Qualifying calls complying with general advice boundaries 
  • Identifying further opportunities to provide suitable services to clients 
  • Complying with internal and external guidelines and regulations  
To be considered for this role you will have the following:
  • Experience in a contact centre environment within the financial services sector (ideally)
  • RG146 or DFP qualification (Mandatory)
  • Understanding of the financial planning industry
  • High level communication and problem solving skills
