Managing inbound and outbound calls to existing clients and providing general financial advice.
Qualifying calls complying with general advice boundaries
Identifying further opportunities to provide suitable services to clients
Complying with internal and external guidelines and regulations
To be considered for this role you will have the following:
Experience in a contact centre environment within the financial services sector (ideally)
RG146 or DFP qualification (Mandatory)
Understanding of the financial planning industry
High level communication and problem solving skills
