My client is a successful boutique financial planning practice with offices based in the heart of the Brisbane and additional operations in Victoria and New South Wales.

The purpose of this role is financial planning administration and to provide high quality support and assistance to Advisers in administering and delivering client outcomes.


Your background and skills:

  • Previous experience in client services / assistant financial planning role within a financial planning environment.
  • Xplan experience preferred but not essential.
  • RG146.
  • Interest in progressing a career in financial services.
  • Ability to use online platforms, client database and financial planning software.
  • Understanding of the role of financial service product providers and how they relate to the financial planning industry. – eg. Fund Managers, stockbrokers.
