The Role: 

This is not about volume — it’s about technical depth. You’ll manage a reduced Group TPD portfolio, focusing on complex, high-impact claims. You’ll work across non-disclosures and underwritten policies, where sound technical judgment is essential.

The role sits within Group Claims, but if you’ve built strong TPD expertise in Retail, that experience will give you a real advantage here. With further senior roles forecast, this position is designed as a platform into leadership.

About You

• Deep Life Insurance claims experience — a TPD Senior is essential 
• Strong technical expertise across non-disclosures, underwritten policies, and LICOP compliance
• Retail TPD background highly regarded and will be seen as an advantage
• Proven ability to make confident, well-structured decisions and influence outcomes
• Collaborative, professional, and motivated to progress
