A bit about the role: 

• Our client is looking for the next claims superstar, looking for an opportunity to build strong client relationships in an environment where you have direct access to the decision-makers and the ability to influence how the claim is managed.
• Working within a local claims team whilst being part of the larger national        team, with support from the Manager
• Interfacing closely with brokers, discussing claims strategy
• Undertaking client claims reporting and meeting with them to discuss claims, identifying any trends

About you:

• Several years with a direct insurer in a claims management role, working on a heavy motor portfolio
• A strong desire to obtain a positive outcome for your client
• Outstanding written and verbal communication as well as personal      presentation
