Claims Officer - Professional Indemnity & Financial Lines

• Managing a portfolio of professional and financial lines claims end-to-end
• Full training in any lines required
• Responsible for evaluating coverage, liability and looking at quantum issues
• Working with stakeholders to support the claim, including, solicitors, brokers, and loss adjusters
• Maintaining and adjusting reserves on the claim
• Dealing with all claims correspondence
• Working within your delegation and presenting your recommendations to the team leader

• Experience and passion in managing financial lines or liability claims
• A dedicated approach to providing outstanding customer service to clients
• A high level of written and verbal communication
• A team-spirited approach, enjoying interaction with team members
• A passion for working in a high-performing team 
• Ideally, holding a law degree
