About the role:

• Managing a mixed portfolio of general insurance claims 
• Following up on payments outstanding on insurance claims from motor, property, and liability
• Professionally negotiating payment outcomes
• Adhering to all policy guidelines and procedures
• Being a supportive team member, open to helping others
• Getting involved in duties outside your role to support the Manager

About you:

• Insurance experience (motor, property claims, if possible) and an understanding of recoveries
• Enjoy working in a team, whilst being able to make decisions
• A confident communicator, able to manage some challenging conversations with a good outcome
• A friendly, outgoing personality, happy to take on different tasks
