A great opportunity to join a high-performing Select Division brokerage team as a Client Service Associate, supporting day-to-day operations and ensuring a seamless client experience.

The Opportunity:

You will play a key role in supporting the brokerage team by managing a range of administrative and client service functions, ensuring smooth operations and high-quality service delivery across the Select division.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare general reports and approve workflows
• Manage inbound and outbound phone and email communications
• Investigate billing enquiries and process account corrections
• Manage dishonoured payments and overdue accounts with timely follow-ups
• Support mid-term policy servicing, client follow-ups, and cancellations
• Maintain accurate data and complete general administrative tasks
• Assist with ad-hoc duties as required by management

About You:

• Experience in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
• Background in insurance, banking, finance, or complaints handling (preferred)
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• High attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and compliance
• Comfortable managing multiple priorities at once
• Confident using telephone and email systems
• Insurance experience is beneficial but not essential
