About the Role We are seeking an experienced
Account Executive to manage an established
strata insurance portfolio within a respected insurance broking business.
This is a client-focused role where you will take ownership of an active book, with emphasis on
retention, relationship management, and delivering tailored insurance advice.
Key Responsibilities - Manage an established portfolio of strata insurance clients
- Build and maintain strong long-term client relationships
- Manage renewals, underwriting negotiations, and placements
- Provide tailored insurance advice and recommendations
- Process new business, endorsements, and policy amendments
- Ensure accurate, timely, and compliant policy documentation
- Work closely with underwriters and internal teams
About You - 3+ years' experience in insurance broking
- RG146 Tier 1 Insurance Broking qualification (essential)
- Strong knowledge of general insurance products and policy wording
- Confident client relationship and negotiation skills
- High attention to detail and strong organisational ability
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a structured environment
