This is a rare opportunity for a technically strong CTP professional who enjoys solving complex claims, guiding others and wants to take the next step into a dedicated technical role.

You’ll join an established CTP team handling complex claims across Common Law, Whole Person Impairment, liability and interstate matters.

You don’t need to already be a Technical Specialist.

If you’re an experienced Senior Case Manager or Major Injury Specialist who colleagues naturally turn to for advice, this could be your opportunity to step into a genuine technical career path.

For you:
• Competitive package circa $125k, with flexibility for exceptional technical experience
• Hybrid working: 2 days Sydney CBD / 3 days WFH
• Genuine step-up opportunity for a Senior Case Manager
• Exposure to complex CTP, Common Law, WPI and interstate matters
• Work closely with panel solicitors on complex claims
• Clear progression into senior technical and leadership pathways

You will:
• Be a go-to technical expert for CTP Case Managers
• Coach and mentor others to strengthen technical capability
• Guide complex liability and WPI decisions
• Support Common Law matters and claims strategy
• Assist with legal conferences and PIC matters
• Conduct technical reviews and provide practical recommendations
• Work closely with panel solicitors on complex matters
• Help drive technical quality, consistency and better claims outcomes

Your background:
• Strong NSW CTP claims experience
• Sound knowledge of NSW Motor Accident legislation
• Complex liability and Common Law experience
• Exposure to WPI matters
• Strong end-to-end claims capability
• Coaching, mentoring or peer support experience
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

Formal leadership experience isn’t essential.
