• Providing advice on a prestige motor insurance product, speaking to owners who are passionate about their vehicle
• Obtaining quotations and discussing with the client, explaining full coverage
• Managing the client's insurance programme end to end, from quotation, sending the policy, endorsements, renewals, and answering any policy queries
• Using your excellent grammar and communication skills, responding to emails and calls
• Providing outstanding customer service to professional car owners
• Using your strong administrative skills to manage a busy workflow

 
What you will bring to the role:

• Experience in a sales and service insurance environment
• Tier 2 qualified
• Your eye for detail and passion for working in the industry
• High level customer service skills
• Team approach, happy to help others when needed
