This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with claims lodgement or claims support experience who is ready to step into a full end-to-end claims role and build a long-term career within a large, well-resourced insurer.

About the Role
As a Junior Claims Consultant, you will manage your own portfolio and be supported by an experienced team who are committed to helping you grow.
You'll handle claims from lodgement through to finalisation, gaining valuable experience across the entire claims lifecycle.
Key responsibilities include:

• Managing a portfolio of end-to-end claims (training provided)
• Conducting initial assessments and gathering required documentation
• Coordinating with internal teams, brokers, and external providers
• Keeping customers updated and ensuring a positive claims experience
• Working towards timely and accurate claims resolution

About You
My client is looking for someone motivated, eager to learn, and ready for the next step.
You will ideally bring:

• Experience in claims lodgement, claims administration, or a junior claims role
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Confidence in managing multiple tasks and priorities
• Willingness to learn end-to-end claims
• A positive, team-focused mindset
