The role: - Partner with Case Managers to identify barriers and implement effective RTW strategies
- Provide coaching and guidance on psychosocial and injury management challenges
- Work closely with employers, treatment providers, and other stakeholders to achieve durable outcomes
- Contribute insights, support team strategy, and help build best-practice approaches
- Support injured workers with empathy, professionalism, and a focus on early recovery
What we’re looking for: - Proven experience as a Return to Work Specialist, or in injury management/occupational rehab within workers’ compensation
- Strong knowledge of NSW workers compensation legislation and how to apply it in practice
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to influence and build trust across a wide range of stakeholders
- Experience or a strong interest in psychological injury cases will be highly regarded
- A proactive, collaborative mindset and a genuine passion for helping injured workers achieve successful return-to-work outcomes
