The role:

Portfolio of 60 - 70 claims
Handle complex liability decisions and strategic claim direction
Drive high-quality, sustainable return-to-work outcomes
Build trusted relationships with injured workers, employers, and medical providers
Provide informal guidance and support to less experienced team members
Contribute to a culture of performance, accountability, and collaboration
You'll be trusted to make sound decisions and manage your portfolio with confidence.

What we're looking for:

Workers Compensation claims experience
Strong working knowledge of WA  Workers Compensation legislation
Experience managing claims independently from start to resolution
Confidence in handling complex or sensitive matters
Natural leadership qualities and the ability to support others
