Responsibilities: - Management of a small complex Property Liability claims portfolio (around 30), ensuring the implementation of industry best practices.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders, promoting clear communication and efficient service delivery.
- Promote continuous improvement by keeping up to date with legislative changes and industry advancements.
- Manage high-risk, litigated claims, ensuring strict adherence to regulatory requirements and effective risk mitigation.
- Provide guidance and training to team members, helping to enhance their technical skills and foster their professional development
Skills & Experience: - Extensive property liability (third-party) claims experience.
- Experience in mentoring team members
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Technical proficiency and sound knowledge of liability claims legislation.
