Senior Claims Consultant - Property Liability

Responsibilities:

• Management of a small complex Property Liability claims portfolio (around 30), ensuring the implementation of industry best practices.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders, promoting clear communication and efficient service delivery.
• Promote continuous improvement by keeping up to date with legislative changes and industry advancements.
• Manage high-risk, litigated claims, ensuring strict adherence to regulatory requirements and effective risk mitigation.
• Provide guidance and training to team members, helping to enhance their technical skills and foster their professional development 

Skills & Experience:

• Extensive property liability claims experience.
• Experience in mentoring team members
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Technical proficiency and sound knowledge of liability claims legislation.
