As a Senior Claims Consultant you will;

• Manage a reduced portfolio of complex or sensitive claims portfolio of around 20 claims
• Conduct file reviews on assessed claims for payment approvals
• Provide strategy advice and coaching/mentoring to claims consultants
• Be involved in projects and change management.  

What You’ll Bring

• Proven experience managing & assessing retail life insurance claims (income protection and/or TPD)
• Ability to combine technical capability with strong emotional intelligence.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills (advisers, reinsurers, medical professionals)
• Experience coaching, mentoring, file reviews and supporting others with technical queries
