- Experienced agency recruiter - ideally within financial services 
- Demonstrated success in starting and developing client relationships
- Excellent candidate management and sourcing experience 
- Demonstrated ability to achieve and over achieve financial targets 
- Excellent time management and communication skills 
- A team player that adds to company culture
- Excellent technical skills across all areas of agency recruitment 

The role 
- Full 360 agency role within Insurance portfolio - Claims 
- Managing all aspects of client engagement and client development 
- Managing candidate talent pools, short, medium and long term
- Warm Desk with existing client / candidates.
