THE ROLE: - Working closely with a team of experienced public liability claims managers, you will manage claims from end to end.
- Determining liability on claims and providing recommendations for future claims strategies
- Ensuring the best possible outcome in all targets: QA, Customer, Quality, and Financial
- Conducting legal reviews on litigated claims with service providers
KEY CRITERIA: - 2-3 years of experience managing public liability claims
- Legal qualifications (preferred, not essential)
- Experience in managing litigated claims (highly desirable)
- A Solid understanding of the Insurance Code of Practice and Insurance Contracts Act
- Confident interpersonal/communication skills
- Excellent negotiation skills
- End-to-end claims management experience
