Are you an experienced Workers Compensation Senior Case Manager who enjoys tackling complex claims, providing technical guidance and helping others achieve better outcomes?

You will;

• Providing technical advice and guidance on complex Workers Compensation claims.
• Reviewing claims management practices and identifying opportunities to improve outcomes, quality and consistency.
• Coaching and mentoring case managers to strengthen their technical capability and confidence.
• Collaborating with team leaders and stakeholders to support continuous improvement and best-practice claims management.

Ideally, you'll bring:

• Significant experience managing Workers Compensation claims, including exposure to complex or challenging claims.
• Strong knowledge of Workers Compensation legislation, regulations and claims management practices.
• The ability to analyse complex scenarios, assess risks and provide sound, practical recommendations.
• An interest in coaching, mentoring and supporting the development of other claims professionals.

Importantly, you don't need to be in a Technical Specialist role already. If you're a capable Senior Case Manager with strong technical knowledge and the ambition to take the next step, we'd love to hear from you.
