Trainee Commercial Loss Adjuster

What the role involves:

• Providing field-based assessment and investigation of Commercial insurance losses
• Having full support from the Manager and senior team members, attending site meetings together
• Receiving training in report writing following site visits, assessing damage, and causation
• Liaising with policyholders regarding their claims.
  Examining claims forms, policies, client instructions, and other records to determine coverage.
• Investigating claims by interviewing claimants and witnesses, obtaining official reports, inspecting physical damage, and comparing claim information with evidence.
• Set loss reserves and control claims costs

What experience you will bring:

• Strong technical commercial property skills to assess the cause and repair of damage
• Ability to produce reports for the insurer to evaluate losses
• Experience in building strong relationships with all stakeholders
• A solid understanding of managing property claims
