The role:

• Manage an end-to-end Workers Compensation claims portfolio
• Partner directly with employer clients and insurers
• Drive strategic claims outcomes from start to resolution
• Build capability across broader commercial and advisory functions over time

Who we’re looking for:

• Minimum 5 years’ Workers Compensation claims experience
• Strong end-to-end claims ownership and technical capability
• Employer-side claims experience highly regarded
• Commercial mindset with strong stakeholder management skills
• Ambitious, career-driven, and ready to invest in a long-term pathway
