3 Senior Life Claims Consultants | New Melbourne Team | $130K-$140K + Bonus

Seniors keep telling me the same thing lately. Portfolios keep growing. Escalations eat the day. "Senior" feels like more work with the same headaches.

These 3 new roles flip that script. You're not fixing anyone's mess - you're building it right.

Start day one with 2 other seniors. Group IP/TPD files actually sized for proper assessment. Technical support exists but you make the calls.

What these looks like: 
  • End-to-end IP/TPD claims—liability through entitlement
  • Doctors, psych components, employers—you run point
  • Policy interpretation that holds up (LICOP solid)
  • Decisions stick without endless review
  • Mentoring/coaching as the team ramps up

Requirements
  • Proven Senior experience in Life Insurance claims (Group IP/TPD essential) OR operating as a Senior with the fundamentals to progress
  • Strong policy interpretation and decision-making capability
  • Confident stakeholder management and desire to actually coach
