The role: - Manage a full end-to-end portfolio of Workers’ Compensation claims
- Liasing with injured workers, doctors, allied health professionals and employers
- Determine liability and drive claims strategy through to resolution
- Collaborate with injured workers, employers, and medical providers to achieve sustainable return-to-work outcomes
- Review medical documentation and manage ongoing treatment approvals
- Maintain regular follow-ups, particularly on active and time-sensitive claims
About you: - Preferably working on workers compensation claims or from a general insurance claims background, or in an allied health role, such as nursing.
- Able to juggle tasks, providing outstanding customer service
- Highly computer literate, as you will manage several systems
- Strong written and verbal communication to get your point across and negotiate with stakeholders when necessary
