About the role:

• Managing a portfolio of commercial property, commercial and residential strata, and business pack claims
• Interpreting and applying policy wording
• Owning the claim and speaking to stakeholders to resolve issues
• Managing the claims process efficiently
• Making determinations on claims, working within the authority level
• Negotiating outcomes, gaining support from all parties
• Validate and determine new claims coverage
• Assisting clients with claims enquiries including assistance with
  interpreting policy wordings
  
  

What you will bring to the role:

• Experience in commercial property claims management
• A good understanding of policy wording and guidelines
• Your team approach, happy to share information and help others
• A passion for the work you do, with strong client servicing skills
